The following terms and conditions apply to this site www.belleanddean.co.uk. It is owned by Belle & Dean referred to as “Belle & Dean”, “we”, “us” and “our”. The terms “you” and “your” refers to the user of this site.

Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without our prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use of it by anyone else.
Acceptance of your order
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks with Paypal. This information will only be necessary for order processing only. Please refer to our privacy policy for non-payment processing information.
In particular, all electronic payments will be processed by Paypal and they may check against certain public and private databases.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Prices and payment
All prices and charges on this site are in British pounds. They are exclusive of delivery, which will be clearly stated on the "Delivery" page of the website. The "Standard UK delivery charge" is a flat rate of £3.95 which will be clearly marked before the order is confirmed.
Please note - in the event that stock is not available in the UK, we will despatch it from our Singapore branch. All items purchased in the UK and despatched from Singapore will be sent fully insured by air parcel service for speed and security. They will need to be signed for at the recipient's or designated delivery address. Any customs or VAT charges incurred by the customer in connection with this service, will be borne and refunded to the customer by Belle & Dean. This is on the provision that official documentation is presented to us as proof of a valid purchase from Belle & Dean and verified by us with the relevant UK authorities.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
Payment methods
We accept payment by Paypal which takes Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit Card.
Fraud
We reserve the right to refuse payment to process an order if we have reason to believe that the transaction may be of a fraudulent nature. We take this very seriously and will act on information received by Paypal or other agencies and can cancel your order without penalty at any time.
Risk of loss
We pass the responsibility for the delivery of your goods to the carrier when they leave our premises. We do not exercise any control over the designated carrier (whether by domestic post or air) and cannot be held liable for any losses or risk of losses incurred.
Misuse of site
By using this site you agree that you will not violate or attempt to breach any security on this site for any purposes whatsoever, including but not limited to unsolicited emails including promotions and advertising of products or services; “spamming”; “flooding”; “mail-bombing”; “spoofing”; or “crashing” the site.
Any attempts to in any way breach security of this site will be taken up with the relevant authorities and may lead to prosecution.
Description of goods
We try very hard to ensure that all information and graphics on this site are accurate. On rare occasions an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
You acknowledge that all measurements are approximate and that the product colours may differ from the actual product when viewed via a personal computer for technical reasons. We attempt to capture a true product image and give a clear product description. We cannot be held liable for any misdescription of goods.
Sleepwear products are chemical-free (including fire resistant
chemicals) and we cannot be held responsible for any injury or fatality
in the event of a accident involving fire.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. We will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
