Return your order within 14 days of receipt, unused with the tags attached and in its original packaging. We’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund.

We recommend that you send your item by Royal Mail and obtain a free certificate of posting (as proof of postage) as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Please note that the postage cost can only be refunded if the item is faulty. Any faulty returned item will be checked against our quality control records.
