Standard UK delivery
Delivery for all mainland UK orders is £3.95.
Delivery is FREE for all mainland UK orders over £100.
Our standard delivery service is by Royal Mail recorded delivery. We aim to despatch your parcel within 1 working day of receipt of your
order. Delivery should take between 5-9 working days after despatch.
However,
please allow a further week in case there are any unforeseen delays.
Your order will require a signature when it arrives. If this is not convenient, then please provide an alternative delivery address. You can change your delivery address at the checkout stage when confirming your order.
Delivery can only be made to mainland UK & Northern Ireland
addresses. We do not deliver to PO boxes or overseas to the Channel Islands, BFPO
addresses, or the Republic of Ireland.
Please note - if we are low on stock at our office in Reading, your order may be sent directly from our main office in Singapore. Although everything will be the same it may take few extra days for delivery. This will be at no extra charge and will be delivered to you by registered international parcel service. Please allow up to 9 days for delivery in this case.
International
Belle & Dean delivers to a selected number of countries overseas (please see list below). If your country isn't listed, then please contact us for further assistance.
We aim to
despatch all international orders within 1 working day. Delivery
normally takes between 4-9 working days after despatch.
However,
please allow a further week in case of any unforeseen delays.
International
delivery is by registered service. Registered parcels are delivered only to
the recipient or to an authorised person acting on the recipient's
behalf. If no-one is available to receive your parcel, you may need to
collect it from your local post office/depot. All parcels will require
a valid signature.
If your delivery has not arrived within the 14 days, please get in touch with us at orders@belleanddean.co.uk. We will run a “track and trace” to check the exact location of your order.
